There are many people who would love to lose 10 pounds or more, but find it impossible. They feel that have tried every possible diet there is, but have not seen too many results. Why cannot they lose weight even when they are motivated, have good reasons to lose weight, are following a strict diet and exercising a lot?

Most people think that they have to avoid fat, count their calorie intake, be always hungry and exercise like a maniac to lose weight, but that does not seem to be true. The real reason for them gaining weight is sugar. If you want to lose 10 pounds or even more without having to be hungry all the time, stop consuming so much sugar.
